Revuelto SVJ Price, Specs and US Arrival: What to Expect

Lamborghini hasn't announced a Revuelto SVJ. Using real US prices for the Revuelto and SV and the Aventador's launch history, here's our estimate of what it would cost and when it could arrive.

Revuelto SVJ price is the question everyone asked after a big-wing Lamborghini prototype was filmed outside Sant’Agata last week. We covered the car itself in our leaked-images story on the big-wing Revuelto, and our read is that it’s more likely the facelift than an SVJ. Either way, Lamborghini hasn’t announced an SVJ, so everything below about price, specs and timing is a usonwheels estimate built from real US prices and Lamborghini’s track record with the Aventador. It is not a leak.

What’s confirmed

The Revuelto is on sale in the US now. CarsDirect lists the base car at $608,358. It’s Lamborghini’s V12 plug-in hybrid flagship, with a 6.5-liter V12 and three electric motors making about 1,000 hp combined.

The faster Revuelto SV debuted at The Quail during Monterey Car Week in August, with 1,065 CV (about 1,050 hp) according to Lamborghini. Production is capped at 1,963 cars, CNBC reported. Lamborghini’s release didn’t list a price, but a US order sheet reported by Motor1 and CNBC puts the SV at $741,172 before options.

What’s rumored or reported

Varryx’s footage shows a Revuelto with a taller fixed wing than the SV’s, an extra vent on each rear fender and new concave wheels, per The Supercar Blog. Autoevolution adds reworked side vents, a new diffuser and bigger rear wheels than fronts. The SVJ name came from the spotter’s video title, which he framed as a question.

Exotic Car Trends reports that Lamborghini sales chief Federico Foschini told CarExpert the Revuelto will follow the Aventador’s pattern: an SV in the first half of its life and an SVJ in the second. That’s second-hand, but if it holds, a true SVJ is still a few years away.

Expected Revuelto SVJ price in the US

The Aventador gives us a useful pattern. MotorTrend reported the Aventador SV at $493,095 in 2015, $95,595 above the standard car. The facelifted Aventador S started at $421,350 in late 2016, roughly 6% above the standard Aventador’s 2015 price. The Aventador SVJ listed at $517,770 in 2018, about 5% above the SV and about 23% above the Aventador S. Applying those same jumps to today’s Revuelto prices gives these ranges.

ModelUS priceStatus
Revuelto (current)$608,358Listed (CarsDirect)
Revuelto SV$741,172Reported (US order sheet)
Facelifted Revuelto$625,000 to $665,000usonwheels estimate
Revuelto SVJ coupe$775,000 to $850,000usonwheels estimate

Those are base prices. Ad Personam paint and carbon packages routinely add six figures at this level, and the reported order sheet for one SV build came to $948,121. If an SVJ Roadster follows, it would cost more again, but we don’t have a solid basis for a number.

Expected Revuelto SVJ specs

  • Powertrain: the same V12 plug-in hybrid layout as the Revuelto and SV is the safe bet (usonwheels estimate, based on the shared platform).
  • Power: a modest bump over the SV’s 1,065 CV (usonwheels estimate). The Aventador SVJ’s V12 made 770 CV against the SV’s 750 CV, so don’t expect a giant leap.
  • Aero: active aerodynamics returning in some form (usonwheels estimate). Motor1 noted the Aventador SVJ used active aero, and the prototype’s tall wing hints at a downforce focus.
  • Bodywork: taller wing, fender vents, new wheels and a new diffuser (reported, from the Varryx footage via The Supercar Blog and Autoevolution). These could belong to the facelift instead.
  • Production: limited, likely with a 1963-themed number like the SV’s 1,963 cars (usonwheels estimate).

Expected US arrival

Lamborghini has a fairly steady rhythm with its V12 flagships. The Aventador debuted at Geneva in 2011, the SV followed at Geneva in 2015, the Aventador S facelift arrived in December 2016 with spring 2017 deliveries, and the SVJ was unveiled at The Quail in August 2018, with first deliveries in early 2019, per Motor1. That’s roughly 20 months between each step after the SV, and about three and a half years from SV to SVJ.

The Revuelto debuted in 2023 and the SV arrived in August 2026. If Lamborghini repeats the pattern, the facelift would show up around 2028, which matches The Supercar Blog’s timing. A Revuelto SVJ would follow around 2029 to 2030. Monterey Car Week is the likely stage, since both the Aventador SVJ and the Revuelto SV debuted there. US deliveries would probably start four to six months after the reveal. All of that is a usonwheels estimate, not a Lamborghini date.

How we estimated this

We took the current US prices for the Revuelto and Revuelto SV, then applied the percentage gaps between the Aventador, Aventador S, SV and SVJ at launch. Timing comes from the Aventador’s reveal history. Lamborghini could break the pattern, and inflation or tariffs could push prices higher. We’ll update this page when Lamborghini says something official.
